What is your most important objective in serving our out-placed employee?
Our first objective is to come to know and treat each client as an individual, identifying and meeting that person's specific needs and goals.
What is your long-term commitment to clients?
Our commitment is to guide and support the client throughout the job search, from the time of termination until reemployment. In fact, we will reactivate the program with clients who lose their job at any time up to a year after initial reemployment.
How do you place clients in a 3.2 month average when the industry standard is 5-7 months and how do 85% to 95% find a better job?
We design and write for our clients up to six different resumes and cover letters. Then, we mail these specialized resumes and cover letters to targeted lists of 1,100 of the top retained and contingency search firms and executive recruiting agencies.
We also, monitor over 140 newspapers, job boards, meta search sites, and trade journals in major US cities and Canada.
All the while, equipping our clients through our coaching approach with the expertise that enables them to distinguish themselves and gain a competitive edge over equally-qualified competitors seeking similar jobs.
What is your coaching approach?
We actively seek out and counsel clients individually so that they concentrate their efforts on the most productive tasks and areas of concern.
Do you encourage your clients to take any job available?
No, we help the client to receive, evaluate and negotiate a job offer for a position in which the client will be successful and happy.
